Stuti is a mechanical engineer from University of Sydney, Australia, who started her career working in the Energy Department at the Indian Space Research Organisation, ISRO. She soon quit her job and started her first Startup Business based on Fuel Cells and hydrogen technology – I-Gro in January 2020​ and became the first woman in India assembling completely ‘Made in India’ fuel cells in 2020.

Stuti also holds patent for all the R&D work that she and her team held over a period of 3 years since 2020 for range extension of EVs using hydrogen technology. In December 2021, the company expanded its wings into plastic and rubber recycling. A technology that converts plastic and rubber into diesel/ Jet A1 like fuel was build in Sikandrabad, Bulandshahr by I-GRO Energy. Soon after the concept of plastic to fuel recycling was proven using a 2000kg per day capacity convertor, I-GRO Energy developed a commercial scale PoC in December 2022. Today, I-GRO successfully recycles 12000kgs of plastic and rubber every single day from industrial and residential waste found in outsirts of Uttar Pradesh.
